ZPT Vigantice, spol. s r.o. built the ZPT Vox app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by ZPT Vigantice, spol. s r.o. and is intended for use as is.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at ZPT Vox unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to (1.) camera usage, (2.) data send through MQTT & SIP services and (3.) logging info described in signed sections bellow. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Our app utilizes the device camera for the sole purpose of scanning QR codes. The camera is accessed through the following libraries: com.google.mlkit:barcode-scanning, androidx.camera:camera-camera2, androidx.camera:camera-lifecycle, and androidx.camera:camera-view.

When you use the QR code scanning feature, the camera captures images to decode QR codes. The images captured are processed locally on the device using the barcode scanning library. The decoded information from the QR codes is used solely for the intended purpose of facilitating specific actions within the app, such as user authentication or accessing additional app features.

We do not store or retain the images captured by the camera during the QR code scanning process. Decoded information from QR codes is not stored on our servers unless explicitly required for the functionality of the app, in which case, such storage is disclosed in this privacy policy.

We have implemented security measures to protect the privacy and integrity of the data processed during QR code scanning. Access to the camera is restricted to the specific functionality of QR code scanning, and the app does not access or collect any additional personal information.

You have the option to grant or deny access to the camera through app permissions. Granting access is necessary for utilizing the QR code scanning feature.

The mentioned camera libraries are utilized for efficient camera handling and QR code scanning. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle data.

The lawful basis for processing data through the camera is based on the legitimate interests pursued by the app in providing its core functionality.

Our app, ZPT Vox, is developed in conjunction with the ZPT Adminapp system by ZPT Vigantice s.r.o. and is primarily delivered to social or healthcare institutions. When the ZPT Adminapp system is delivered to a social or healthcare institution, that institution becomes the owner and operator.

All data, including personal data, handled by ZPT Vox and ZPT Adminapp, is managed and stored on the backup devices of the installed MDC V04 IP system. The owner or operator of the installed MDC V04 IP device exclusively manages the data stored on these devices; ZPT Vigantice s.r.o. does not have direct control over this data.

The handling of personal data is governed by the rules set by the owner or operator of the MDC V04 IP system.

ZPT Vigantice s.r.o., in addition to operating and providing other services necessary for the operation of ZPT Adminapp and ZPT Vox, also has access to all data, including personal data, within the ZPT Core services.

Within the ZPT Adminapp system, accounts can be created for the ZPT Vox application, without which this application cannot be used. After logging into ZPT Vox, the MQTT and SIP services are connected. Information about the time and user data used during login can be stored. All data sent via MQTT and SIP services is also used within ZPT Core services and is exclusively utilized to guarantee the correct functionality of the ZPT Adminapp and ZPT Vox.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
